Pieces Of Your Heart Lyrics by Justin Burch It's the chance that you take Living with life's heartbreaks Cutting out pieces of your heart There's another spoonful for you From just another fool Dishing out pieces of their heart Left overs on the plate Meet their kitchen sink fate Washing down the crumbs of your heart It's the chance that you take Living with life's heartbreaks Cutting out pieces of your heart

Let’s Go To The Beach Lyrics by Justin Burch Let’s go to the beach and pack a lunch 4lbs of raw ground beef and chips to munch A 6 pack of soda to wash it down Dry all your laundry on sandy ground Life is so sweet in paradise But living the dream has its price Let’s pack up and we’ll hit the strip Find a discreet place to take a shit Meet up with Terry and smoke some bones Watch the sunset and pick my toes Life is so sweet in paradise But living the dream has its price I can see all things that you said I can feel all the thoughts in your head I can twist my mind up with the best of them I wake up and go to sleep with indigestion Let’s go to the beach and pack a lunch 4lbs of raw ground beef and chips to munch A 6 pack of soda to wash it down Dry all your laundry on sandy ground Life is so sweet in paradise But living the dream has its price I can see all things that you said I can feel all the thoughts in your head I can twist my mind up with the best of them I wake up and go to sleep with indigestion Let’s go to the beach and pack a lunch

March 1970 02:44
March 1970 Lyrics by David Nichols By the time we got there, there was nothing but blankets Some random hair and some pottery fragments Eyewitness, stakeholder, no one came forward Explanations leaning to the sordid What are the authorities thinking? In too deep, persistently sinking A March 1970 volume of Time Is this your cutlass? No that’s mine I know how this sounds, extremely profound But you’ve taken off again, you’re just not around Ice cream, wafers, a ceremonial garter Nobody needs to become a martyr What are the authorities thinking? In too deep, persistently sinking A March 1970 volume of Time Is this your cutlass? No that’s mine You’re out of my life You’re out of my life You’ll be forgotten Strands of red and yellow cotton You’re out of my life You’re out of my life You’ll be forgotten Strands of red and yellow cotton What are the authorities thinking? In too deep, persistently sinking A March 1970 volume of Time Is this your cutlass? No that’s mine

My Darling Likes Murder Lyrics by Justin Burch My darling likes murder especially While the rain is falling down Stuck inside with her favorite shows Someone is going to drown Lost in a world of mystery and death Skies of raining blood Darling don’t get wet Will they catch them? Is it the mother? The brother is shy Doesn’t mean he’s a bad It’s at the good part Sorry darling it’s now time for bed Sleep through the night with dreams Of haunting shadows in a strange town So absorbed with murderous thoughts There’s no where to run now Fear is tickling up my neck Pumping through my breath Running in circles, will runs low And I’ve got nothing left In a corner no where to go I can’t even fathom How I could get out now Can I wake up? Shake me please He’s right above me I’m on my knees Wake up with a sudden jerk Clothes on and go to work My darling likes murder especially While the rain is falling down Stuck inside with her favorite shows Someone is going to drown Lost in a world of mystery and death Skies of raining blood Darling don’t get wet Will they catch them? Is it the mother? The brother is shy Doesn’t mean he’s a bad It’s at the good part Sorry darling it’s now time for bed

charlie & edith Lyrics by Justin Burch The sun comes up on our morning constitutional I'll piss on the patio, you'll shit on the daffodils The day to day troubles just don't seem to matter We'll bake in the sun, we'll eat and get fatter But it's getting so hard You can't see and I can't hear a sound It's just you and me baby, lying around Licking face to get the gunk out of your eye Morning, afternoon & evening pass by I use to be so young, use to be so agile Now my teeth are bad & my bones are fragile It's just getting so hard You can't see and i can't hear a sound It's just you and me baby, lying around

The American Blues Lyrics by Justin Burch Proceed with caution And watch what you say Stay away from Americans every day They don’t know what to do When they feel a threat Crazy with entitlement you can bet Go get a gun And a double stack Cheeseburger with an itch up your crack Sure you’ll be famous Or at the least rich If nothin’ goes your way well feel free to bitch You can count on each one of them To have a few loose screws Well that’s just day-to-day living With the American blues They hate you and you hate them Win or lose, they always win Believe in your self Or get out of the way Railroad the future Watch it decay The American dream Falls on the backs Of the people too stupid To see their trapped Living each day Digging your grave But before you die You’ve got to pay Act like you’ve got all the answers When you ain’t got a clue That’s just day to day livin' With the American blues You can count on each one of them To have a few loose screws That's just day-to-day living With the American blues

I Feel Like A Clown Lyrics by Justin Burch Somedays I feel like a clown To make you laugh, to make you frown Seems as though you only come around When the old circus is in town When the old circus is in town Somedays I feel like a clown To give you wisdom, something profound My words are jokes with a honk-honk sound The idiot king who wears the crown The idiot king who wears the crown Let me do a trick for you If I painted my face would it bother you? Somedays I feel like a clown Stuck in place, pretending to drown Novelty shoes in which I am bound Make it harder to get around Harder to get around Somedays I feel like a clown Just a dummy for someone to knock down My feet are big, my nose is round A silly face for you to pound A silly face for. You to pound Let me do a trick for you If I painted my face would it bother you?

A Silent Loneliness Lyrics by David Nichols My eyes smart bitterly Before you say a single word Your face is dirty Unfeeling snow Beating against my window A woman of valor They’re talking about me All over town A strong predilection For the greatest of stories With hunger for glory The past yawns behind me An unbroken line of ghostly gums Something wicked this way cometh Day and night, night and day, day and night From non-being into being Cloud peaks gather Back to non-being A lightning flash and thunder Spring will be spring again Cold and hot and cold forever The moon waxes, wanes and returns again Eternally present, eternally different, never the same Never the same, never the same A silent loneliness Day and night, night and day, day and night Once more a floating moon broadcasts the light Once more the daybreak’s sun too bright Day and night then night and day Like a chick hatched from an egg I struggle free Chick and egg, egg and chick and egg Day and night, night and day, day and night We only go out to come back home Homes’ just a base for radiation Chick from egg, embrace the fray Chicks burst forth to relish day Night and night, day and day

Little Shit 02:46
Little Shit Lyrics by Justin Burch Little shit’s running around Little shit’s pants are down Little shit’s on a war path Little shit’s pissed himself Little shit shit himself Little shit needs a bath Little shit’s screamin Little shit’s schemin Little shit wants to kill me Little shit’s throwing food Little shit’s super rude Little shit fills me up with dread I’m just waiting for that little shit to go home I’m just praying for that little shit to go home I need that little shit to go home I’d love for that little shot to go home Little shit’s socio Little shit’s aggrio Little shit has no conscience Little shit pukes a lot Little shit’s full of snot Little shit’s the worst fuck this Little shit breaks stuff Little shit doesn’t give a fuck Little shit is demented Little shit’s a terror Little shit’s an error Little shit distorts my head I just waiting for that little shit to go home I’m praying for that little shot to go home I need that little shit to go home I’d love for that little shot to go home

Feels So Good Lyrics by Justin Burch Seeing you cry because they burned your flag and it feels so good And listening to you whine all the time and it feels so good And watching your privilege get stripped away and it feels so good I don’t give a damn about what you think and it feels so good right now Seeing you fall apart, it warms the heart and it feels so good We’re 1,000,000 miles apart and it’s just as well ‘cause it feels so good Watching a server mess up your drink and it feels so good And another driver pushes you to the brink and it feels so good And seeing you gassed with tears down your face and it feels so good When all of your white pride obliterates and it feels so good right now Seeing you fall apart, it warms the heart and it feels so good We’re 1,000,000 miles apart and it’s just as well ‘cause it feels so good And the pain in your voice when you don’t get what you want and it feels so good When someone’s had enough and calls you a cunt well it feels so good And marching for love right in front of your face and it feels so good And the future is now we ain’t gonna wait and it feels so good right now Seeing you fall apart, it warms the heart and it feels so good We’re 1,000,000 miles apart and it’s just as well cause it feels so good

Dark Shadows 02:33
Dark Shadows Lyrics by Justin Burch Dark shadows from your eyes Fall upon your face Our summer was the funnest time But now it’s been erased I’ll think about the leaves Floating down from the trees Memories wither and cast shadows Dark shadows cast across the field Of flowers from a sun That’s setting on the dream That was never meant for love The petals are closing in And sleeping for the night Even the moon casts shadows Dark shadows from your eyes Fall upon your face Our summer was the funnest time But now it’s been erased Dark shadows

Gobbledygook 03:14
Gobbledygook Lyrics by Justin Burch The sky, it melts through the clouds And drips on my flacid face I fall onto the ground and rot Grow into a bitter leaf Someone will eat The world is all just gobbledygook Gobbledygook, gobbledygook, gobbledygook Inside you grow, twist and turn Contort yourself into a face You leech on her from the inside out Until she bursts And there you are on a plate For someone to eat The world is all just gobbledygook Gobbledygook, gobbledygook, gobbledygook

about

edith granger is too late is the first edith granger album to feature the piano as the primary instrument. This album is the product of one year of tinkering around with a new instrument.
